DMT stands for N,N- dimethyltryptamine. It is a chemical closely related to the brain neurotransmitter serotonin, and the pineal gland hormone melatonin. It is a powerful hallucinogen that occurs in many plants and animals, including humans.

 

My Experience with DMT was such a strong and visually incredible that enforced me to try somehow to make it real or represent these images in my brain through photography. I have been taking photos at night hand held and using long exposures in order to produce similar images as the ones I had in my trip.  I was focused to shoot bright colourful lights of buildings or cars and by shaking my hands I have been able to generate visual effects, which are not far of the real experience.
